Our Team

Our trio of founders have known each other for over a decade. We bring different perspectives and skillsets to the table, but we’re united by faith, a love for community and a passion for giving back.

Bill Ghighi

Bill lives in Naperville with his wife, Kate, and they recently celebrated 10 years of marriage. Together, they are raising their four children—Brock, Baker, Kailey & Reid. Bill founded Hundredfold with the dream of creating a community to connect men in similar stages of life while supporting charitable organizations throughout the western suburbs of Chicago. Professionally, he is a real estate agent with Baird & Warner, where relationships, trust, and service guide his work. Outside of real estate, Bill is a devoted family man, an avid sports fan, and enjoys spending time outdoors. He and his family are active members of Grace Pointe Church in Naperville.

Founder

Chris Sowell

Chris has been married to his wife, Jill, for nine years, and together they are raising their three children–Wyatt, Cooper, and Emersyn Grace in Naperville. He serves as Chief Operating Officer for two local Chick-fil-A restaurants, bringing a people-first approach to leadership while remaining deeply passionate about investing in the next generation through intentional leadership and personal development. Outside of work, Chris enjoys working out, hunting, and sharing his love of sports with his kids, and he and his family are active members of Compass Church at the South Naperville campus, valuing opportunities to stay connected, engaged, and growing through organizations like Hundredfold.
